Exterior Base coating:
These groups of Coatings can be applied to the exterior of a can to provide protection to the metal or to provide background for any lithographic or printing operation.
Interior lacquers and Can Coatings
A coating applied or intended for application by spray, roller, or other means onto the interior surfaces of formed metallic packaging, or to the surface of flat (metallic) sheets, strips, rolls, or coils intended for metallic packaging construction and to provide
a protective lining between the product and the body.
All food-grade interior-use coatings meets Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
(CFR 21FDA §175.300).
These groups of sealing products are including complete range of paste form PVC products destined primarily for crown corks, aluminum closures and vacuum closures. All food-grade plastisol are U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliant
(CFR 21 FDA §175.300 &177.1210).
End Sealing Compound:
These compounds can be applied to can ends and functions as a gasket when the end is assembled onto the can and facing further needs of process such as chemical resistance or sterilization.
These products are formulated only from raw materials which complied with the USA food and drug administration regulations. (CFR 21 FDA §175.300 & 177.1210).
Thinners are adding to the solvent base coating to decrease the viscosity or improving the application.
